When you have done viewing the cookies, click the Close button to close the Folder Options dialog window and then click Cancel button to close the Firefox Options window. This can be accomplished without clearing out the cache as described above. You can use this search feature to quickly find the cookies from certain web site.
Press and hold the Shift key while refreshing a page in Firefox (and most other web browsers) to request the most current live page and bypass the cached version.

Scan your computer for malicious files and then start over from Step 1. As you know web browsers are made to, make connection with desired website server, download internet files, and display them to users at the same time. You might find that even after you instruct Firefox to delete the cached files, they still remain.
Malware can sometimes make it difficult to remove the cache in Firefox. In each instance, Firefox clears the cache if the data was created within that time frame. Choose either Last Hour, Last Two Hours, Last Four Hours, or Today. Of course there are a zillion files in there you. If you have Google Chrome, you can go to about:cache and search for it there. Click the Choose what to clear button under Clear browsing data. Some older versions of Firefox have similar processes for clearing the cache, but you should keep Firefox updated to the latest version. Most times a simple force cache refresh wont work and you need to clear the cache by hand. What you can do is open your browsers cache and look for it there.
